Frozen Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon (boneless, skin-on)- Portion

Sometimes known as chum salmon, Keta has a mild flavor and firm texture. Each wild caught keta portion is boneless and has the skin on. The Keta portions are flash frozen and individually vacuum packaged. The keta salmon is a favorite of individuals who do not like the rich flavor of traditional red salmon. Portions are cut in house from the whole fillet; each box contains a variety of collar, center and tail pieces.

With careful attention to detail and quality, they follow their fish from water to boat to storage, to Alaska processing and handling at their Bloomsburg, PA base.
